How To Register for WebAxis, Your New Homeowner Portal

STEP-BY-STEP REGISTRATION DIRECTIONS
STEP 1: Register Your Account at https://pmisg.cincwebaxis.com
On your first visit to the PMI Service Group Property Management Homeowner Portal , you will need to register. The link should bring you to the landing page which should have a REGISTER button at top right.
STEP 2: Click the REGISTER button to get started. This will bring you to the registration page to enter your information.
STEP 3: Fill out the form. Here, any input field with a red asterisk means it is required to complete the registration.
- Fill out your name and address information. Notice the STREET NUMBER and STREET NAME are separate. So if you live on 5120 Main Street, "5120" would go in street number and "Main Street" would go in street name.
- Decide if you'd like to opt into being listed in the homeowner directory. You can share your name, address, email and phone with other homeowners in the community by checking the appropriate boxes. Leaving them unchecked will keep your information private.
- Enter your email address and then enter the letters you see in the code, they are NOT case sensitive.
- Complete the CAPTCHA and click REGISTER.
STEP 4: Check your email to set a password. If your information can be auto matched to the information provided in the homeowner database provided to us earlier by the board of directors, you will receive an automatic email in a few moments. If not, your account will need to be manually verified. Once verified you will get an email with a link to set your unique password. Please be patient if you did not get the immediate email. Your account will be approved at our next available moment.
Once you receive the email, click the link to set your password.
STEP 5: Login using your new account credentials. Once you've set a password, you may return to the original Homeowner Portal link, https://pmisg.cincwebaxis.com/ , and click the sign in button, enter your email and password you just created and the homeowner portal should load the home screen where you can explore the functionality.
AFTER REGISTRATION
The Association Board offers free ACH payments for assessments through the portal. To sign up for ACH payments, please fill out the "ACH Authorization Form" by clicking the ACH Authorization Form tab at the top. Image showing the proper menu tab circled in orange is below. Once this form is complete and submitted, you will not need to do anything else. Do NOT choose the menu "Pay Assessments". This is for a quick payment and there is a fee.

- Dashboard - A quick overview of your account
- ACH Authorization Form - The Board of Directors would like you to set up free ACH payments through our partner bank. Mailing checks takes time, is inconvenient, can be lost in the mail, arrive late, involve cost for postage, envelopes, etc. Signing up for ACH saves the Association and you, time and money.
- Home - Home Page
- My Profile - Your user account information, register additional properties, password, set up directory preferences, etc.
- Pay Assessments - This is not necessary unless you need to pay quickly, etc. This does incur a small fee. It is recommended to set up ACH payments, DO NOT set this up if you set up for ACH.
- Account Info - Details about ACC, violations, etc. for your account.
- Community Information - Information on the community - calendar, etc.
- Contact Us - Contact page.

- Board Overview - Information About the board or for the board, if you are a board member. Menu options change depending on login level.
