Even with professional tenant screening, there is always a possibility that a tenant may violate the lease and eventually require eviction. PMI Service Group helps protect rental property owners from the time, stress, and unexpected expense associated with the eviction process.

With our Eviction Protection Plan, if a tenant screened and placed by PMI Service Group must be evicted for a qualifying lease violation, our property management team will coordinate the eviction process and cover eligible eviction-related legal costs and fees, up to $2,000.

Our goal is to make rental property ownership more predictable. Rather than leaving landlords to navigate an eviction on their own, PMI Service Group coordinates the process while continuing to manage the property and protect the owner's interests.

How the Eviction Guarantee Works:

• Owner must subscribe to our Eviction Protection Plan in the Management Agreement.
• New tenants with leases signed after the Management Agreement is in place are immediately covered.
• Existing tenants with leases signed prior to Management Agreement are covered after seven months.
• The Program does not cover lost rent, move-out costs, or property damage.
• The Program does not cover the Owner for the Tenant’s Attorney fees, court-ordered fines, damages, or penalties.
• The Eviction Protection plan must be specifically subscribed to in your current Property Management Agreement.
