STEP-BY-STEP DIRECTIONS

STEP 1: Login to the Owner Portal ( https://pmisg.cincwebaxis.com )

STEP 2: Click the Account Info menu.

STEP 3: Click New ACC Request.

STEP 4: Complete the form

STEP 5: Upload any required documents (Community Info / Documents area) - and submit
